  On 3/16/2017 Hemlock TWP, PA PD Giving Parking Tickets After Midnight in Walmart Parking Lot to truck drivers in the middle of big Snow storm when there is no place for them to Park but in the Walmart , we saw the no parking sign , but it was an exceptional and emergency case , we were expecting some help and understanding Especially in the bad weather conditions and snowstorms, I am very disappointed . I'll Never stop there to shop or to fuel my truck .

  Police constantly prowling for victims. Giving unreasonable tickets. Never got a ticket at any other walmart. If a semi at walmart is for some reason parked sideways blocking a driving lane between two parking isles, certainly. If a semi is taking up a bunch of spaces right in front of the main doors, sure. If a semi is near a group of cars in the daytime, maybe. But if it is late and/or the semi is parked where there are no cars parking, leave it alone. How is it OK to park in front of Lowes to shop at walmart but not OK to park at walmart to shop there. Change your signs walmart! If it is the city that is making this rule and setting the signs, tell the city to F off. If it is you walmart, you are alienating truckers and going against your own best interest for no good reason in 99% of cases where a ticket is given. Revenue generation. The city gets $25 for that day from that driver and you risk the loss of much more from that driver. In my case, walmart, as an angry consumer...as punishment for your either inconsiderate attitude toward me or your failure to curb the ticketing by an inconsiderate local government, I will buy all my produce for the next year from competitors. I will buy all electronics and media from Amazon. This applies to all walmarts I may visit and amounts to at least many hundreds of dollars of revenue lost. This particular walmart store, though local for me, will be completely boycotted by my entire family until the parking rules for semis are ammended. Walmart has several reviews about this ticketing and surely the percentage is much higher of victims who do not leave reviews.
